If you are still receiving SMS alerts and your toggle is turned off in the 'Team' section, your mobile number may be in your 'Provider Profile'
Follow these steps to view and remove the SMS mobile number from your 'Provider Profile'.
Step 1 - Go to 'Provider Profile' on the left hand menu
Step 2 - Click 'Edit my Profile'
Step 3 - Scroll to the field labeled 'Mobile Number'
Step 4 - Delete the number listed there
