What is my Patient Portal?

Your patient portal is where you will communicate with your healthcare professional and their team.

Now that you've completed your virtual consultation, it is time to set up your portal! 

What is the patient portal?

This portal is a secure platform where you will go to retrieve messages, chat with our team, and view the details of your preliminary treatment plan.

How do I access your practice's portal? 

The emails you receive from us will have a direct link to our practice's portal. We highly recommend you register your account after completing your virtual consultation. Please contact us if you are having trouble finding the link. 

How do I sign up?

Once you have completed your virtual consultation, you will use the email address associated with the virtual consult and follow the steps to create a password. This is done through the login screen. Upon your first visit to the portal, click on the link in the yellow box and follow the instructions sent to your email to complete registration. 

How do I login? 

To login, you will go back to our practice's portal page and use your email address and the password you created.
