Step 1 - Click on the avatar in the top right-hand corner of your Docovia account
- This section represents your specific account details
Step 2 - Select 'My Notifications'
Step 3 - Review the notifications and ways to receive them
NOTIFICATION TYPES
- Patient Request
- Be notified when a new patient requests a consultation
- Consult Sent
- Be notified when a team member responds to a consultation request
- Consult Assigned
- Be notified when you're assigned to a consultation request
- Appointment Assigned
- Be notified when you're assigned to a video appointment
- New Patient Communication
- Be notified when a patient starts a new conversation
- Message Reply
- Be notified when a patient replies to a conversation
NOTIFICATION METHODS
- SMS notifications will be sent to your mobile number. It must be listed in your account and confirmed before these notifications will send.
- Email notifications will be sent to the email you use to sign into Docovia, you must also confirm this email prior to receiving them, which you will be able to do after your team member account is created.
- Push notifications will pop on your phone or smart watch as an alert, prompted by our app.
