<h3 style="text-align:start;">Step 1 - Make sure you have created a patient portal account</h3>

<h3 style="text-align:start;">Step 2 - Sign into the portal</h3>
<ul>
<li>Links to the patient portal can be found in the SMS messages from the doctor, in the email that contained your treatment plan, and in the video consultation invitation email you received</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align:start;">Step 3 - Find the 'Session ready' button </h3>
<ul>
<li>This button will show up as blue and say 'Session ready' when it is close to the time your meeting to start</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align:start;"> Step 4 - Start the meeting&nbsp;</h3>

<li>If your doctor has not arrived yet, you will see a black screen notifying you that the doctor is not available yet. Wait for them to let you into the meeting here.  </li>
