Reset a forgotten password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking Send me a password request link under Forgot Password?
- Navigate to the login page
- Click Send me a password request link under Forgot Password �
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send password reset email
- Navigate to your email and click Change my password.
- Type in your new password twice and click Change my password.
When entering your new password, Docovia will check the password against publicly leaked passwords. If your password matches a leaked password, you'll see an error that says That password is insecure. This does not indicate that your Docovia account has been compromised, but for security reasons you will need to choose a different password.

Reset your password when logged in to Docovia
If you want to change a known password, you can do so at anytime. You will need to follow the forgotten password procedure.
- Click the avatar icon in the top right corner, then click Logout
- Follow the steps for forgotten password above
